BRABUS India Residences, Sector 58, Gurugram
M3M BRABUS Residences is what happens when an Indian developer teams up with a German performance brand. M3M India has partnered with BRABUS, the company best known for turning Mercedes cars into something far more aggressive and far more expensive, to build branded homes on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 58, Gurugram.
The idea is simple: bring the BRABUS design language into a home. So you will see the same things you'd find inside their cars, like dark, moody interiors, metallic and carbon-fibre detailing, and finishes built with the kind of precision the automotive world takes for granted. This isn't a regular luxury tower with a badge stuck on the door. The common areas, lobbies, and homes are all styled by the BRABUS design team.
The project is situated inside M3M's "Billionaire's Circuit" master plan and covers around 30 to 32 acres, of which nearly 88% is kept green and open. Homes on offer are 4 and 5-BHK residences and penthouses, sized between 5,000 and 7,000+ sq. ft., with prices starting at Rs. 20 crores.
Project Highlights in Detail
Only Two Homes Per Floor
Most luxury towers in Gurugram put four to eight apartments on a floor. Here, each core has just two residences per floor. In practice, that means you rarely share a lift lobby with anyone, your floor stays quiet, and the whole tower feels less like an apartment building and more like a stack of private villas.
BRABUS Design, Inside and Out
BRABUS built its name on obsessive detailing, and that carries into these homes. Expect dark-toned palettes, brushed metal and carbon-fibre accents, sharp lines and hardware that feels engineered rather than just fitted. The branding runs through the lobbies, club and common areas too, so the experience is consistent from the drop-off point to your living room.
Floor-to-Ceiling Glass with Aravalli Views
The towers use high-performance glass from floor to ceiling. Sector 58 sits close to the Aravalli range, so most homes get open, uninterrupted views of the hills rather than another building's back wall. The glass also handles heat and glare, which matters more than people admit in a Gurugram summer.
Deep Wrap-Around Balconies
Each residence gets expansive private decks that wrap around the home. These aren't the narrow strips most builders pass off as balconies. They're deep enough to furnish properly, host people on, or simply sit out on in winter with the Aravallis in front of you.
Private Elevators
Every apartment core comes with direct, high-speed private elevator access. You step out of the lift straight into your own lobby, not a shared corridor. It's a small thing on paper and a big thing in daily life, both for privacy and for security.
Smart Homes as Standard
Automation isn't an add-on here. Every home ships with a built-in AI and IoT ecosystem covering lighting, climate, security and appliances, all controllable from your phone or by voice. The system is native to the home, so you're not retrofitting gadgets after moving in.
The Island-Themed Club
The centerpiece of the project is a multi-level, island-themed club spread over 2,000,000 sq. ft. (as per the developer's official figures). Inside and around it, you get:
Temperature-controlled infinity pool and a separate family pool
A full luxury spa
Executive cigar lounges
Private dining halls for hosting
A fully equipped fitness centre
Tennis courts
Outdoor jogging trails winding through the landscaped greens
Dedicated meditation spaces
With 88% of the land kept open, the club and greens together are the real draw. You're buying into the grounds as much as the apartment.
Security and Concierge
The project runs multi-tiered, 24/7 intelligent security with full CCTV coverage, private drop-off zones and controlled access at every layer. On top of that sits a dedicated concierge service for the day-to-day: bookings, deliveries, home services and whatever else residents need handled.
Location and Connectivity
Sector 58 is on Golf Course Extension Road, one of the better-connected luxury corridors in Gurugram. Here's what that means practically:
By road: Direct links to Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and NH-48. You're not dependent on a single route to get anywhere.
For work: Cyber City, Cyber Hub and Udyog Vihar are about 15 to 25 minutes away depending on traffic. Most of the corporate offices on Golf Course Road and SPR are even closer.
Metro and airport: The Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station is roughly 10 minutes away. IGI Airport takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
Schools and hospitals: The Heritage School and DPS International are in the neighbourhood, and Artemis, Medanta and Fortis hospitals are all within easy reach.
