Noida International Airport Jewar Status
Noida International Airport at Jewar opened Phase 1 after the Prime Minister inaugurated it on 28 March 2026. Phase 1 handles 12 million passengers a year and can scale to 70 million, on a total investment of about ₹11,200 crore.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) controls land around the airport. In July 2026, YEIDA announced a new city of about 8,000 hectares between the airport and the Tappal Bajna urban node, with a 10-month deadline for its master plan.
Noida Authority Leasehold Property and Stamp Duty
The Noida Authority and GNIDA both operate under the UP Industrial Area Development Act, 1976, and allot land on lease rather than selling it freehold. GNIDA grants group housing land for 90 years, and each Greater Noida flat buyer signs a tripartite sub-lease deed with the authority and the developer.
Any resale flat in Noida or Greater Noida needs a Transfer Memorandum, which adds a transfer charge the buyer usually pays. A fresh flat bought from the builder has no such charge. Stamp duty in Gautam Buddh Nagar is 7 percent of the deal value, plus a 1 percent registration fee.

We checked the official page of every project listed here. Our desk found full UP RERA numbers printed on the Max Estates and Experion pages, but the M3M The Cullinan page shows neither a price nor a registration number, and the Jacob & Co page gives only a registered name.
The Godrej Golf Links landing page lists 6 township registrations without stating which one covers Crown Residences, so ask the sales team to map your tower to its registration in writing.
